Binaural Beats

Binaural Beats are basically two (bi) different sounds played at different frequencies, one in each ear, so the brain will have the exercise of creating the overlapping sound waves and create the beat or pulse when they are peaking in their overlapping areas.
This is the clicking sound (the beat) that you can gear as an individual sound - then created by the brain.

If a sine wave (signal) of 400Hz is played in one ear and 410Hz in the other, then the binaural beat would have a frequency of 10Hz (which is the difference of the two signals).

This Technique can be used to tune and exercise the brain in different ways (with selected frequencies) and help correcting physical problems in the body by this active brain stimulation. This will also affect the Neural Path Ways in the brain and can assist in physical healing of the body, as it works in the conscious and subconscious mind.

Binaural Beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain
